Some of the options listed above are free. Did you check them out already? You can also check out Job Corps , Per Scholas, Year Up, and the Queens Educational Opportunity Center (QEOC). Free programs generally have eligibility requirements (such as age, income level, etc.). The organization’s websites should give you the most up-to-date info on the various programs.
