How do you recognize a great boss? What should you look for when interviewing with a new organization?

Sometimes we don’t appreciate a good boss, and sometimes we have had such bad experiences that it is difficult to articulate the type of manager you’d like to work for. 

In reading lately about leadership and management, I came across this article from Inc. magazine and wanted to share it.

When interviewing, it is always important to recognize it is a two-way street: you are interviewing the firm as much as they are evaluating you as a candidate.
